Handmade_World Vintage Backpack Messenger Rucksack Review

I like the backpack; Skin looks and feels good. It looks very stylish. The problem is that the strap used for the backpack's straps is too short. I'm not a tall guy, I wear a plus size. I received a paper with the package saying to contact them if there were any problems, but there is no information on how to do this. I love the bag and want to keep it but I need a longer strap. Maybe this rating will make the seller reply to me, after which I will give this package 5 stars.

I am confused by the makers of this product and have absolutely no idea how they intended to use this bag. She arrived with an oily, sticky goo all over her buckles and some of the skin around her seams. No manufacturer should put products on the market in this condition. However, they did and did not include instructions on how to remove this shame. I'm deducting a full star for that nonsense.
