People say they can't hear me or there is interference on the line. I like the speaker, volume and mute, but if the mic doesn't work for people to hear me then what's the use.

I am very satisfied with this headset for work. No complaints from the people I work with. I hear you well. I didn't really use buttons since my application has buttons. I'm impressed with the price I paid for this headset.

I'm stuck on a COVID-related conference call and it's been great being able to be quiet and work without having to constantly mute and unmute. It has a handy mute button in case you are in a noisy environment.

I am using another Agptek product that works great. My job changed VOIP service so I needed a different headset but with USB. This header works great. The sound is perfect and clear. The sound quality of this headset is about 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. The volume and mute buttons on the controller work well. The downside of this headset is that it is VERY small and uncomfortable to wear. Regulated, but not enough. This headset is only suitable for people with small heads. This article was an inexpensive experiment to see if I could find a useful substitute. With the TS3, my friends didn't notice any difference in sound quality. I am ordering 10 of these USB headsets for our call center to test. What I liked about them besides the price is the metal headband. The ones we used had a plastic headband that kept breaking. After some testing I had to send all 10 back as the mic is completely muted. I tested 4 and all had the same problem. I need a USB headset for work and have been using a reputable brand binaural headset for years and it hurts. Serious.
