Made in the USA! Great socks! - Photos in this review!

Pros: Made in the USA Light weight Perfect for my foot/leg size (see photo) Stops just below the knee and stays there Cons: 49% cotton, not 80% as advertised Great casual wear, casual , light sock. stretches comfortably just below the knee and lasts all day. See the measurement photos to get an idea of how they will fit you. In the photos I stretched them to the maximum; You can't stretch them any more than I can, and if your feet/calfs are larger than mine, they may feel too tight.

The socks are so tight you can suffocate!

I would NEVER recommend these socks to adults. I'm a 5'7" female for my height and weight and these socks are so tight around my calves they really hurt. After about half an hour of wearing socks, you will feel the socks tighten. The dents on my legs have always been there; Even if I only wore them for 30 minutes. They may be good for kids but too tight for adults. I ended up donating both bags after wearing them 3 times. Unfortunately they are not even that warm afterwards. I tried to please…

    Socks with holes online

Well they fit perfectly except all the socks in the pack have a hole. It's like a machine that attaches a little plastic band (that's what I call it, I don't know the real name) that holds the socks together. I've seen these things on other clothes I've bought in the past. I always try to cut them off so as not to spoil the purchase. Some people simply pull them out by cutting them off with scissors or a sharp knife. I think this works for her, but I've had no luck with it in the past…

Low-cut, high-poly cotton socks for those who hate their feet.

I've worn Haines socks for over twenty years. I usually buy packs in the spring and fall, ask for old ones, and donate them to charity. In recent years, the quality of Haines socks has steadily declined. Haines reduced the cotton content and increased the polyester content, and the result was simply disappointing socks. How have they changed? They are less comfortable, almost slippery. When I buy the same size I've had for years, they seem snug and less pliable for everyday wear. I have 3 pairs

Great socks so far: Sports & Fitness

I really like these socks and I'm pretty picky when it comes to socks. At least for now - I've only had them for a few days. The fabric is thinner at the top of the foot from instep to toe, but not too thin. The seam runs along the underside of the fingers but is not visible. The socks go from shin to just below knee like they should and how I want my socks to be and so far I haven't noticed them falling off. If so, I will update this review. I wouldn't call these socks gym socks, but I…

TLDR; Conclusion: If you have narrow legs and like thin socks, then this is for you. If not, then I wouldn't recommend them. These are decent socks as they cover the foot and calf but don't count on longevity. I bought these so the toe box was high enough to be longer than my military style jump boots. I chose these socks mainly because of the good reviews and the price. After wearing them for a few weeks, I agree with many other reviewers that they feel cheap and very thin. Being skinny can be

These socks are terrible and poor quality and after a few weeks of wearing, holes appeared on the soles of each sock. I bought two packs of these socks (12 socks total) 4-5 months ago and they all had holes in them and were thrown away. Typical Use: Wear a fresh pair every day and move around the house with tile and carpet floors. That's all. Never go outside without slippers or shoes, neither on broken glass, nor on stones, nor on sandpaper. Worn mostly at home or worn normal shoes when…

Good ol' days in exercise & fitness

If you were a teenager in the late '70s and early '80s, you probably remember white tube socks that hit your knees ranged and had these colored bands around the top. In the past, you could pin a comb to the side of one leg and slip a few dollars you had when you went to the arcade or the store into the other. Time to get new ones was when the rubber band on top started fraying and they started falling off. If you're like me, you've noticed with disappointment that these knee-high socks have…
