Our 12 year old son is a Hanes fan. We bought the same boxer shorts last year and he's outgrown them. They carry themselves very well. There can be no question of shrinkage after numerous washes. Our son says they are very comfortable and loves the plaid colors. We always buy from Revain as they are hard to find in local stores and usually cost more when we find them.

Package arrived earlier than expected with minimal packaging and was easy to open. The price, even with shipping, was below what we can buy for a similar product in Mexico. Fits very well for our 12 year old son. He loves the feel of the cotton-polyester blend with the comfortable, flexible waistband. The fabric is quite soft and washes well without excessive shrinkage. Hanes is our preferred brand for quality and overall value.

My son is almost 5 years old and refuses to wear underwear, not even boxers, from the age of 2. That summer, too, he refused to wear shorts or pants indoors and only wanted pajamas. We renamed these "summer pajamas" and he's not taking them off. Now the trick is getting him to wear them with the pants over them, but obviously he likes the feel as much as the nudity; it says something. Also, they look really cute, but maybe that's easy compared to seeing him naked from the waist down all summer!
