Bought these jogging pants to wear comfortably at home after surgery. Based on the reviews I ordered a size large and they are quite roomy (I usually wear a size 10-12 in US women's pants). I have washed and dried the pants several times and they have not shrunk at all. The drawstring is a handy feature as you can make the pants as tight or as loose as you like. Without a drawstring, pants fall on my hips (probably fall off in some situations , especially if it gets caught somewhere) and the hem falls to the floor.
