The perfect product for any user!

Tires were worn out, so I swapped them out for 205/55/16 94w Hankook Ventus V12 Evo1. The Evo1s were significantly noisier and stiffer. But the road was not abandoned. Axle box access was quite difficult from the inside of the vehicle (an Octavia 1.8 with a manual transmission). I got up to speeds of almost 200 kilometers per hour on these with no issues. The noise is the only negative aspect. When they were utterly exhausted, it was a stupid idea to drive quickly in the rain. In general, I…

Pros
  • The handling was superb. What a dry road this is; you're going to injure yourself! and eerily silent.
Cons
  • It has not been made public yet. Soft, perhaps, but I feel like I'm picking at this already.

more comfortable than a sports car

The grip is excellent but the board is soft. On heavy vehicles, handling deteriorates. Good for up to 80 trips on wet roads. In deep puddles no more than 70, better even 65 is better. Tires are more comfortable than sports tires. Doesn't suit me very well. BMW 540.------------------------------ After driving with these tires for half a year, I have my opinion for them changed better. They are very balanced, neither hard nor soft, and overall a very good choice. One feature, my car scrubbed…

1 1/2 year old tires delivered like new, I'm not as happy as I expected.

These are great tires but the tires supplied are 1 1/2 years old judging by the date code on the tyres. I paid a premium price for these tires and expected them to be no more than 6 months old. I called a major online tire retailer who told me the same size tire is 5 months old. I know that most people don't know anything about tire life and even storing it on the shelf shortens tire life. My car stays in storage 7 months a year and is used for driving pleasure when on the road so time worries…

Budget super sports car?

I really wanted to love these tires but their performance was inferior to Michelin PSS. I know the price doesn't compare, but switching from PSS to them definitely hampered my experience. In spirited driving, you don't see much of a difference between the two. However, enter the Auto X event; You will see where you fail. They tend to squeak early and then when they collapse it's a very quick transition from moderate/hard grip to none at all. Michelin PSSs make a big squeak and gradually lose…
