They were originally ordered as tablespoons, but we have replaced them with teaspoons. I think I'll order a few more tablespoons.

These are not tablespoons. You can see the bowl of the spoon is exactly the same size as the regular teaspoon in the photo below. The only thing they did was make the handle longer and call it a tablespoon.

This is a regular adult spoon. I bought these because they suit me in my search for stainless steel baby spoons. The description of this product is "perfect spoon for baby or toddler". No, not even remotely perfect for a baby or toddler. Here is a photo of a real baby spoon and baby spoon. Get angry and come back.

Good spoons, no doubt. However, they are definitely NOT teaspoons! They're between a teaspoon and a tablespoon, so don't either! I swear they were originally listed as such, although it no longer says so in the description. I kept them because they're nice and durable (though quite pricey), but if you need a teaspoon, omit them. These are NOT perfect baby spoons! The bowl is too big for the baby and the handle is too long for the baby.

It's like the edges aren't finished or anything, and they don't slide over plates or bowls like real stainless steel cutlery, instead hanging and scratching oddly, and I wince every time. These are my new favorite spoons. For some reason we always ran out of spoons! I just wanted an inexpensive set so I wouldn't mind if a thief took them too, but they had to be the right size and weight and wash well. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Just the right size, not too big, not too small. Ideal for soup, stew, muesli. Durable in hand. Until it got scratched. Just throw them in the dishwasher and they will be shiny and new. I'm so happy with them I think I'll just buy knives…

Due to the high gloss polish, this set looks more expensive than its very low price. The bowl of the spoons is well and nicely polished at the top, bottom and edges. I wouldn't worry about using one of these spoons for baby feeding because of the smoothness, polish and finish of the bowl rims. However, the edges of the handles and trim leaves are a bit sharper and need further polishing. It would be better with such a polish in hand.
