🔧 Enhance Precision with Hanson 9743 Flat Die for Smoother Results Review

I bought this to cut the threads on the switch shaft and also to lower the cuff a bit to fit. The existing themes cleaned up pretty well and the new ones sliced like butter. I was very impressed by how perceptive he seemed and how quickly I was able to get things done.

I used this tool to thread the shifter on my Chevy Sonic which originally had a press on the grip. The photo I've attached only shows part of the work as it was cut flawlessly right up to the trunk. I would highly recommend this device as most of the others I found on the internet were only for "filament cleaning". Also note that the top half of the shaft was originally knurled, the bottom half was smooth but slightly wider. Easily cut through both parts.

Unfortunately my Kubota tractor would occasionally have both front wheels fall off while the tractor was in motion. This makes the rivets look as messy as you might think. Being metric, it was difficult to swap out the studs in the US - simply because the parts are not available. So the remaining option was to try to rehabilitate the stud farms.
