These buckles do not work.

These buckles will not work even with needle nose pliers and the straps will slip off. A knot would work better. At least it was easy to get her back.

Item not as pictured Latches

Item not as pictured. Ordered once and thought it might be a mistake so sent it back for a replacement. A replacement came, same thing. These are only triplanes, no clips.

Reliable and efficient

So far so good, they work exactly as I hoped. Good double slits on both sides. I had them replace a broken buckle on my Ocean Kayak. In case you were wondering, they don't match the manufacturer's buckles. (Which is good if you can replace both sides).

HAO PRO Quick Release Side Buckles Lapel Clips Dual Adjustment No Sewing Durable Plastic 1.5 inch

The buckle sets are beautifully finished and made of thick plastic. I added a buckle to the center support strap that goes through the lid handle so I can quickly release the buckle for quicker and easier access to the main compartment. I recommend to everyone.

Works great on my backpack hip belt!

I really only needed one. I have a backpack that I've had for years and at some point the waist belt buckle came undone - just because of that buckle I really didn't want to throw the backpack away, so it hung in my closet for the last year. and then it occurred to me that i could probably just buy a buckle - yes. And of course, a reliable Amazon has it. Got the buckle and put it on my backpack waist belt - so happy to be able to hang my backpack which I have used and loved for so long!
