🥩 HSS TBSP2 Tender Steak - Medium Doneness Review

I love those meat platters that require hot plates. Good, heavy cast iron furnaces. I later ordered two more and for some reason the bases were changed to a much lighter wood and the plates don't quite fit. I still love them and use them often.

These individual cast iron serving platters are perfect for any hot meal. Big enough for one serving and small enough to serve as a personal plate. Two cast iron tops each with a wooden base at a great price! The handle is also removable. I found that to be an added bonus: I don't have to be scared of picking up a hot pen.

There's nothing wrong with this spicy dish other than its size. Well done. Keeps food warm until you've finished your meal. Easy to clean. The problem is the size of the children's portion. I thought I would get the same dish I've seen at the best steakhouses. It's impossible to get a regular sized steak to this one without flopping over the edges and getting juices all over the place. And forget the side dish, unless you're talking about a hockey puck-sized fillet and some asparagus spears. I…
