. I can run it through my Millermatic 130 Mig (110AC) welder (not a "spool gun"). what will happen first; You will have trouble if the wire slips off a full spool the first time you use it. It is "FULLY" wound to 8" and when the weld is stopped there is still some inertia in the spool which rolls a little more to allow the wire to unwind (slip off).
