Great team, professional & helpful to us at all times!

The team was very friendly, professional & helpful to us at all times! They are always willing/able for any question or issue that we may have during our project implementation phase - even if it's outside of their expertise they were able help with what ever issues came up!! I would highly recommend them over other companies out there because i felt like my needs where met 100% by this group as well has been working closely together since day 1 (which makes me feel more confident). Pros
  • Super easy process
  • Great communication throughout entire engagement period.
  • Very responsive answered questions right away within 24 hours almost immediately.
  • Kept work schedule flexible so when needed could make shifts in order fulfill deadlines etc
Cons
  • Initial setup stage seemed long due mainly do waiting around trying multiple different mediums before finding one worked best; however after setting initial account setups done quickly
