The purchase brought only positive emotions.

For a long time there was a problem with sharpening knives at home. Now the problem is solved. For a long time I chose between various methods of sharpening, but chose the simplest, and as it turned out, the most correct one. The electric sharpener is excellent, sharpens quickly and most importantly with high quality. You can sharpen not only Japanese knives, but also other manufacturers. He brought his entire arsenal in order both at home and in the country. The wife is most satisfied, because

Pros
  • simple and convenient to use. excellent sharpening quality.

I was surprised by the quality for the price.

Has some pros I don’t have much experience in sharpening, therefore, in my opinion, it sharpens excellently compared to a grinder and an electric grinder. But small notches are visible even after the last step of sharpening, so final grinding on the stone is required. Has some cons After 20 minutes of operation, the stubborn cotter pin of one of the disks flew out and it stopped spinning on the shaft, resting against the body. Dismantling, searching for a cotter pin inside the hull and repair t

Tojiro's knives are sharpened perfectly, they were so sharp only in the first days of purchase, now my knives are like just bought, everything is sharpened very quickly, efficiently and safely, the only warning is not to put too much pressure on the sharpener, there is no point in excessive pressure, but to ruin a drive with such a low power is possible, I am very satisfied with the purchase, thanks for the product and service.

Cons
  • A couple of days after I sharpened all the knives, my wife cut herself and said why I sharpened them so much. :)

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

Used to sharpen knives for myself and relatives, everyone is happy. Ceramic knives spark and heat up a little when sharpening - you need to be careful with them. I was able to sharpen a homemade knife from the times of the Second World War from some kind of wildly hard steel and with an obtuse angle, I walked along it a lot of times and achieved sharpness - probably enough for a long time.

Pros
  • Quickly and well sharpens knives, straightens the angle, safe, compact, easy to transport, at prices for sharpening 1 kitchen knife from 150 to 350. pays for itself quickly, easy to learn how to use. Sharpens ceramic knives. It is convenient to shake out the chips.
Cons
  • The knife moves along the plastic body, gradually deepening. Probably so conceived, but there are concerns about how much time is enough. If the metal is soft, an edge may remain, then it is enough to hold it again without pressure from both sides and usually it goes away. Heats up after sharpening about 10 knives, it is better to take a break and let it cool.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

Long doubted whether it is worth it, can buy Chef's Choice? But I don't regret my purchase. Chef's Choice is more for professionals, and this device for the home is enough with a huge margin. Some pros: Sharpens great. You can either leave it in a "rough" (primary) sharpening for meat, or grind it to a more aesthetic state (good for vegetables). No need to think about the angle of sharpening - the guides are excellent, anyone can handle it. Sharpens great. I sharpened all my knives in the…

Overall, I'm happy with the sharpener. The main thing is well done. With its pros. Sharpens sharply. It is enough to spend 6 times on each side, then 3 times fine sharpening. The engine is powerful and does not wedge. Got cons: At the exit, the knife goes through the plastic. It's not scary, but over time there will be a recess.

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Allows you to quickly sharpen the blade. It's not very loud and looks to be of good quality. Of course, the sharpening is not like that of a samurai sword, but for the kitchen and calm slicing, a tomato will do just fine. I recommend.

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

I did not notice a global difference in sharpening compared to cheaper Chinese sharpeners. Given the very mundane needs for functionality and abilities, I bought a sharpener so as not to think about sharpening knives in principle. Tested on sharpening IKEA knives. The sharpening felt rough, with burrs even after a few laps on the polishing wheel. For a good sharpening, in my opinion, you need to bring it by hand.

Pros
  • Well assembled
Cons
  • Rough sharpens

I bought this sharpener to make sharpening my knives easier. After reading the reviews, I realized that I should not expect a miracle from her, so immediately, without waiting, I bought a kramic musat for finishing the blade and did not lose. The sharpener sharpens really well, but leaves a "saw" on the blade, which is better to remove with a musat or something else.

Pros
  • Powerful motor, diamond blades, withstands sharpening angle.
Cons
  • The blade needs polishing.
