Hatrigo has once again presented a great product. I didn't use it as a dehydrator but I did use it to make pork belly. I don't have a regular oven rack so I decided to try this product. It worked great. Fits perfectly. Removing the bars was easy. I roasted the pork belly in the oven, then pulled the grates apart to brown them. Cleaning was just as easy. I thought it would be difficult for me to clean the racks. They cleaned up really well. I like the size very much. It is compact for easyโ€ฆ

This one is done right

I've had an instant pot for a few years now and have always wanted to try the dehydrator part. I have never found an insole that is well made. Search for products there and you will see what I mean. Most of them were dented. I used to buy several Hartigo products and trusted their quality. So when I heard they were making a dehydrator now, I jumped at it. Nevertheless, I was skeptical :-). The package arrived quickly and when I pulled out the insert I realized it was different. They are made of

A good thing in a small package

Why do I need a dehydrator? And a more important question: where the hell should I put it? Well, first question: Here are a few times I wish I had one: - Have a large bunch of fresh herbs (like cilantro) for a recipe that only needs a pinch. What should I do with the rest before they go bad? (The dehydrator gives me options.) - Found a ton of fruit at the farmers market. But I can't use everything before it goes bad. (See the topic here?) - Crunchy low carb snacks? "Maybe freshly baked dogโ€ฆ
