A good thing in a small package

Why do I need a dehydrator? And a more important question: where the hell should I put it? Well, first question: Here are a few times I wish I had one: - Have a large bunch of fresh herbs (like cilantro) for a recipe that only needs a pinch. What should I do with the rest before they go bad? (The dehydrator gives me options.) - Found a ton of fruit at the farmers market. But I can't use everything before it goes bad. (See the topic here?) - Crunchy low carb snacks? "Maybe freshly baked dog biscuits with no mystery ingredients?" - New flavor combinations (I bet dried rhubarb chips could be interesting in summer). But I don't have room for another kitchen gadget, fascinating as that may be. But I dared. And I was happy to see how small the package it came in was. (Small remote control shown.) It took just 30 seconds to install, and it's just as quick to disassemble for storage. And while it's designed for my pressure cooker, it also fits my Insignia Air Fryer/Cooker. And that's probably where I'll be using it the most - I've found that the Airfryer shelves need more ventilation for the types of food I'm cooking (mainly veggies), and that fits the bill perfectly. And I can use all 5 shelves or remove a few if I need more height between shelves. The only drawback: no instructions or website with recipe ideas. But Google has plenty of ideas to sift through.
