Piece of junk suitable for scratching posts

Actually a piece of junk. I have two cats - both soft and plump. They are both under 2 years old and completely destroyed this thing in 2 months. The device itself is also chunky and doesn't hold up well, but fumbling around can get it to lock up. tape it back together after only 60 days had passed (and for the first 2 or 3 weeks the guys didn't even want to touch it).

Fits under my table on wheels, but.

This is a good scratching post. I put it under the table in my RV because my cats scratch the table leg all the time. My cats love it and use it. The only problem I have is that the thread on the ball is stuck and my cats managed to untie it in less than a week. They still have fun with a long rope hanging from a swinging ball. If the manufacturer could figure out how to keep the string on the ball or use a different type of ball that would be perfect.

I like the design but not all cats are interested.

I love the design of this product, it's hard to find cat accessories that aren't disgusting. I'm raising cats so a lot of them come and go from my house and unfortunately most of them weren't that keen on this scratching post even after they spilled catnip on it. I found kittens/younger cats like it more, they climb to the top. I guess I'll play around with placement and see if that changes interest. So, as with any cat toy, it all depends on your cat. But other than that it came exactly like…
