Havaianas Luna Women's Black Sandals - Boys' Shoes for Sandals Review

I ordered two pairs of Havaianas - with thin straps and with wide straps. Both had the same problem (which many other reviewers have had): the straps were attached crookedly and twisted so that the side edge of the strap lay perpendicular to the top of the legs. This not only looks strange, but also clearly uncomfortable. Who collects these slippers and how? And where is the quality control?

As another reviewer said, the rose gold straps on the right boot were bent. Also, I wear a 7 1/2 so I ordered a 7/8 which should have fitted perfectly but my legs almost hung over the top. I don't think it's real. The places where the straps come out on the sole of the shoe were outside of the insole and there was a lot of glue around the edges. The quality is pretty bad. I think these are fakes and not even good ones.

I like the material and color but the shoes are too big. I ordered the 10 inch equivalent of the 8-9 and received the 11 inch slippers with huge straps. They were like a child wearing adult shoes. Returns cost more than buying with USPS in the UK. And the UPS return label is a nightmare to understand and deal with customs. You cannot rely on the size listed on the flip-flop to match the length in the standard conversion charts. DO NOT BUY THESE!
