Finally returned because I found the installation inconvenient. This device is half the size of the original, much lighter and feels cheap. When mounted with the screws supplied, they have an extremely "loose fit". It seems to me that this is a very cheap Chinese part. OEM is aisin and the quality difference is very noticeable. This is a very aggressive fan clutch. I've loved it since living in Texas. The threads intended for the screws holding the plastic fan seem prone to stripping, so I pulled out a torque wrench and just finished them to spec (grit my teeth) and added some blue Loctite. It's been up and running for almost a year now and works great. On a cold start, the fan clutch is fully engaged until you drive for about 30 seconds.
