So worth the money.

I tested this and it works great. I can't comment on the lifespan/durability as my customer changed his mind and went in a different direction.

  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • No Instructions

Ideal for low voltage transformers

My old transformer in the LA Lighting fiber optic box for an old hot tub blew up. I replaced it with one I bought from HC Lighting and now my "old" fiber optic lights are working again.

Pros
  • Lighting accessories
Cons
  • Can be damaged

Enough power for my lamps

Enough power for my under table lamps which were connected to a device that blew up because it was too small. I soldered and used heat shrink tubing on the power wires to connect them to the 110V connector but used nuts to connect the wires to the headlights.

Pros
  • Lights and ceiling fans
Cons
  • Some small things

An excellent replacement for a failed under cabinet transformer.

I bought this to replace the transformer in my Kichler unit that had failed. The lamp is no longer manufactured, there are no spare parts. It took about ten minutes to disassemble the unit and remove the defective transformer (use a hair dryer to soften the glue) and then replace with this transformer. Now it works great. Thanks for a great product!
