Good screws, bad accessories

Proudly written on packaging "Includes a free T-20 bit." Great, picked up a handful of screws, an impact wrench with a new bit, went up up the stairs and found that the screws required a T-15 bit (not included). I like the screws, but 0 points for the wrong accessories.

Pros
  • New star drive design to minimize stripping
Cons
  • Available in black only

Great for curbs

I used these for a surface finish with Azek composite panels on my patio. You were amazing. The included drill bit is cheap quality and will cut off the heads of the screws. I just bought a Dewalt T20 bit ($2) and everything worked fine. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Deep coarse thread for better grip - Type 17 serrated tip for easy insertion
Cons
  • Large and bulky

With a good impact drill

I use them strictly for mounting gladiator rails and panels to walls. With a good impact drill they go into the studs like hot oil and give a nice finished look when you're done, no pilot hole required. Use a little common sense and dexterity, they're not very thick and I banged a few heads against the wall. I'm on my second pack and keep coming back.

Pros
  • Type 305 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance
Cons
  • Vanishing
