Allows hands-free training. Can run with my music, water bottle and car keys. The strap is adjustable. My waist is 31 inches. I have a decent amount of strap left that flaps as I run, I just need to tuck it in. It will probably be too much for people with a thin waist. Otherwise an excellent product.

I needed something to carry my everyday items in my daily work that doesn't prevent me from carrying other items in my arms or on my shoulder. This bum bag is large and lightweight. I've been using it every day since Christmas and it's holding up great. I would recommend this for men or women. Good product.

Great quality, stylish and so comfortable! It had enough space for my wallet, a portable large charger, keys and a small umbrella, yet it wasn't too heavy or bulky! I took it during our Hawaii vacation. It was the perfect bag for everything we did. I can't wait to use this more in my travels and even in my daily life. So comfortable. Well made, very durable. Nice zipper on the outside, wish they were on the inside too. The zipper inside is a bit difficult to find. I wish I could tuck the zip in and zip it up on the outside, a hidden zip. Nice key holder. I wish it was a little bigger, but I'm not good at visualizing measurements. I bought it as a Halloween costume and I really liked it, but actually I still use it because that's the kind of thing it is comfortable mother of three. I went on a cruise in December and have used the fanny pack both on the ship and on excursions. I use my phone when I'm on deck to take photos and when I want to be hands free the phone fits nicely in my fanny pack. On excursions I had space for my passport, money, 2 credit cards, hygienic lipstick and telephone (there was too much space). The backpack was water resistant but also survived an accidental dive.
