This product did not work for me. I understand that there are different combinations of phone headset cords and this one does not suit my needs.

Does not work. I hear but they don't hear me. There is no way to turn the microphone on or off. Can't exchange or return, so I just lost some money, so please don't buy.

I tried using this with AVAYA 4621SW but it didn't work. The caller didn't hear me. I tried using the included adapter meant for this problem but that just caused a loud hiss on the line and the caller still couldn't hear me. To return

works fine with the above phone - some noise on the line but not sure if this is the result of calls. Works with a headset jack and if your headset is a different configuration an adapter is included - very nice! Great price, much cheaper than buying a new headset!

VoiceJoy seller has confirmed in QA section that it works with Polycom phones but it doesn't work. The other side listens to the echo and is therefore unusable. I give 3 stars because it seems well made and I can hear the other person perfectly. Polycom isn't listed as a supported phone in the description - I went with the seller's QA section which was bad advice.

I bought this to use with my KerLiTar desk phone (also purchased at the same time through Revain) and cannot use it at all as the voice volume is so low that any conversation is essentially inaudible is. and the volume is not adjustable with the volume control on the phone. Tried with another phone, same result. I'm not sure if the problem is with the phone, adapter, or headset. In any case, this combination does not suit me.
