Didn't work with Cisco 7841 phone

Didn't work with Cisco CP-7841-K9 phone. Two of the included jacks (3 total) had weak audio in the headset but didn't pick up a voice from the microphone.

A must for work from home

Bought as a backup for work from home and definitely worth every penny and more. Any phone allowed you to use a regular headset and the quality was amazing.

Worked great with my Cisco 8841 VOIP phone

Worked great with my Cisco 8841 VOIP phone that I needed for my job. I can use my regular generic GE headset with it. The sound is good and clear, the interlocutors hear me without any problems.

Works with Cisco CP-8841

Using the "#1" adapter cord works well with the Cisco CP-8841 desk phone. Each pigtail adapter had a loud whistle and on #2 and #3 I didn't even have a sound in one direction. With pigtail #1 it seemed to work fine with good call quality. It looks a bit hackish but gets the job done for a reasonable price.

Plug and play, baby!

Great product and although there are no instructions in the box it is the complete antithesis of rocket science. There are 3 plugs (numbered 1,2 and 3) and a male/female connector. I started with plug 1, added jack/jack, plugged in my headphones and bingo, worked first time. A co-worker told me that if I get noise or interference, I should switch to other jacks.

It works! for split bolt connectors

I've looked at similar products on Revain, Ebay and even Google. Each of them indicated that it would only work with compatible phones on their list. I could not find a list that would include my ATT phone. I even checked the ATT. Since it came with three different adapters I decided to give it a try - at this price point it was a one time option. When I received it I tried all three adapters and none worked. BUT then I noticed that the 3.5mm plug was not fully inserted. I pressed a little…
