Works with Cisco CP-8841
Using the "#1" adapter cord works well with the Cisco CP-8841 desk phone. Each pigtail adapter had a loud whistle and on #2 and #3 I didn't even have a sound in one direction. With pigtail #1 it seemed to work fine with good call quality. It looks a bit hackish but gets the job done for a reasonable price.
