Bought for my son in October, stopped working in February, great price, very poor quality, will not buy this item again! It looks amazing and worked great initially but had to plug in a mic and keep plugging and unplugging the device to keep it working, waste of money and now of course I can't return it :(

I bought this headset because it was the cheapest option and I wanted to play Fortnite but I really regret it. Just pay the extra $10 to get a slightly better headset. The sound quality and volume are pathetic compared to other options. Don't buy these, especially if you plan to use them with an Xbox, as you'll need to buy a $70 Xbox adapter to get them working. Find the best option and save $16.

I ordered this gaming headset to replace my son's more expensive set. We seem to have been through so much between my three sons that resetting saved me the headache of "borrowing" each other when there was a breakdown. I pulled it out and my youngest saw the box. Cheap enough and since they no longer sell my favorite headset I decided to give this one a try. on the volume cable to the east to find it without searching.
