You get what you pay for.

Good for 2 or 3 calls and then out of your head. There is no such thing as quality. Works well. But only for short calls. Pay a few dollars more and step up for better quality. You spend more time setting up the nozzle than answering calls.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Upgrades

Happy call center daughter.

The product works very well. My daughter works at home as a call center. The sounds are accurate and the item has backlit buttons so you can see the numbers. It's small and durable. Ideal for every table. She loves this purchase.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Great phone for working at home!

I bought this phone because my old phone no longer works. This phone works great, takes up little space and has a comfortable headset with plenty of padding. I can't say anything bad about this product. Works great and economical. Great offer.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Vulgarity

AMAZING HEADSET, great for landlines

Lots of features, easy to use, easy to install, amazing sound quality, ear pads are the most comfortable I've ever used. I use it for work at home when needed. I would recommend it to anyone working from home. Great product for this money!

Cons

Great for the price

I work with insurance companies in my home office and need something small and light. it meets the requirements. The only problem was that on the first device, the # sign disabled the headset. Need #99 to access my voicemail. After talking to Revane, they immediately fixed everything. As for the real sound, both by ear and by ear, it's amazing.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Market availability

Wasn't great for office electronics

We had background noise and our voicemail couldn't connect to a place that said 'Press # to'. because I got voicemail vibrations for about 2 minutes when I made or received a call. Not good for my business so I can't use it. Wrote Mchita to get back and never got a reply. So for us it was a waste of money!

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Unsure

It gets the job done

I needed a phone for my home office that wouldn't take up much space on my desk. This is a working phone, I use it with an amp and a Plantronics headset and haven't had any major problems with it. If the person on the other end of the line hangs up the call first, the phone reverts to dial tone, which I assume is a feature intended for use in an outbound call center. It's a bit awkward, but I'm used to hanging up again. I haven't figured out how to disable this feature. I handle 100-150…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
