The scale looks nice but that's about all that's good about it. Weight measurements are very unstable. I weigh twice as much as my wife and we both have the same problem with it. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they only guarantee plus or minus 2 percent which in my case is plus or minus 4 pounds! Why use a scale to see if you're winning or losing when it won't give you a clue?

I actually have two and they both match the pound. These are nice, reliable scales. This is real glass, not plastic. It uses electronic pressure sensors, not springs, so it's useless. While it works on carpets, it's more reliable on hard floors. The numbers are large and easy to read. Standard AAA batteries are used instead of special batteries. The best digital scale I have ever come across.

I checked the accuracy of the scale by placing two 12lb weights on it. He read 24.4. For me it's pretty accurate. I got on the scale and am about 0.2 pounds off (as advertised) the same weight as when I'm on the weights at the gym. It's easy to get started by clicking the bottom right corner. I haven't used the second user, so I can't comment on that. Big letters make it easy to see your weight.

They asked me some questions and asked me to check some things. After that they said they also think it is defective and I can send it under warranty. This is a very clear scale with nice big weight numbers. I like the curves of the silver piping around the edges - they're prettier and different than most straight-edged styles. It weighs and tracks the weight of two different people. It's a little confusing to understand how to switch people at first.
