Increased Energy; little capsule!

I bought this to get an energy boost. The instructions say to take two capsules, which I do and I feel a boost of energy! The capsules are also small, making them very easy to swallow.

Terrible side effects! ATTENTION

This is just terrible! I don't know why there are such rave reviews! It increased my cravings and affected my blood sugar so much that I had to eat candy one afternoon because of the side effects. I've been taking Now 7-Keto slimming gels for several months with no terrible side effects. I strongly recommend NOT taking this product as the side effects were so bad that I stopped taking it completely after only 2 days of use. Resume taking Now 7-Keto Lean Gels.

Great if you want to feel better

These are 7-keto powder capsules so they are in a very digestible form. There was a somewhat unusual research project. They wanted to find something useful. They tested a group of REALLY seriously ill people and a group who were brimming with health to see if they could find commonalities with general health. You found it.
