The red heart has been around for a long time. If you are learning to crochet, this is the best yarn to use. You have so many to choose from and the colors are superb. This is one of my favorites to work with, love its color and it's easy to crochet. I have so many red heart yarns in most of her line. I'm always trying to make something new and the red heart is one of the hearts they use in many projects. I will continue to use this brand because I love Red Heart.

Love the color but am disappointed with the amount of yarn in these three packs. A typical skein of Super Saver from Walmart or Joanns weighs 7 ounces. (364 yards) yarn. However, each strand in these 3 packs only weighs 5 ounces. (236 meters). I put a new skein that I bought at Walmart that only cost me $3.47 next to some of the 3 packs I bought for size comparison. Of course, this yarn isn't as pretty as the 3 rainbow bundles I have, but I should have gotten at least the same amount of yarn…

Original: I tried to buy 14 oz. skeins but ended up ordering 7 oz. The weight is very difficult to find. Be careful. $21 is not a good price for smaller balls. Correction: I received 3 emails from a seller trying to justify their price and 1 email asking them to review my review. I assume they are trying to protect their high prices.
