User friendly software, with exceptional support staff

I like that we can use heart ex to easily annotate images from any location or camera - no need to send them into our central lab! The customer service has been great as well- always quick responses via email/phone call when needed (which isn't often). It would be helpful if there was some sort way you could export all annotation results in one place so they were easy accessable by other people who may not have used this tool before but are interested now? This allows us at least 1 person per…

Best tool for medical transcription and document annotation

The best thing that I like about this software is that we can use our own keywords to search data which helps us in finding more relevant results faster than other tools where you have to give predefined keyword sets. It has some bugs but they are working hard to fix them as soon as possible. We are solving annotation problems by providing our customers accurate information regarding their products so that they can make better decisions and improve sales.
