Broke in shipping!

I was very sad when I received this item to see that it was broken. The packaging was not sufficient. I liked the product but had to return it. I didn't reorder because of the packaging.

Did not make it to shipping

I ordered this set and it arrived with a broken pepper. I repeated the order and the pepper was broken again. They are very sweet. I liked them a lot but both times one was broken. Will not order again.

Just what I needed

My last set was good but a bit big and heavy. They are nicer, well made and compact. I also like that the tops just sit on the base - no twisting or twisting. I keep them on the counter by the stove and use them every day.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Not impressed with delivery

The 1st set arrived with a broken lid. I'm about to return to them. I ordered a new set and it was taped together from the original box. The tape was stretched too long or something because it left a sticky piece of tape on the top and sides of each piece.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Beautiful and so functional

I've been looking for some S&P cellars that just look elegant but are big enough to hold lots of salt and pepper AND to give my thumbs a decent "pinch" when seasoning " can grab groceries. I'm so glad I found her and I just love her. Lisa, Las Vegas, Nevada

Beautiful and so functional

I've been looking for a long time for a pair of S&P cellars that look simply elegant but are big enough to hold plenty of salt and pepper and a decent "sprinkle" when seasoning food. I'm so glad I found her and I just love her. Lisa, Las Vegas, Nevada

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons

Very beautiful. just a very small thing

you are great. so cute and still holding up well. It's really a little first world thing, but I wish there was some sort of mark on the cap of the pepper so you can see what's what from the top. I understand there's nothing wrong with just turning them over and looking. Another thing is that after I bought them I heard the chef on TV say that you should always grind fresh peppers straight onto your food and not buy pre-ground ones (like I did for this set). So in hindsight I think I would have…

Pros
  • impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
