Unreliable Heating Woes: Disappointing Purchase

After trying this product in my Tools and Home Improvement project, I found it to be a frustrating investment. The heating regulating function is inconsistent at best, causing my pipes to freeze several times in cold weather. While the initial installation process seemed simple enough, the overall performance leaves much to be desired.

Pros
  • Pre-assembled for easy installation
Cons
  • Inconsistent heating, unreliable performance

warm pipe. for heating cables for pipes

We have a heater that is in the garage and the condensate hose freezes and turns it off. It worked GREAT, now there is no problem and I can turn it off when it gets warm. 👍

Pros
  • pipes, fittings and accessories

We literally saved thousands of dollars!

saved our well during Winter Storm Uri South Texas 2021! Wind cools to -15F in San Antonio! We saw that the weather was coming and all the local shops were sold out because of the heat lamps. Found this at Revain and ordered it. Arrived the day before the hurricane and we wrapped it around the well tank and pipes and pocketed it. Stayed warm in the fountain house and our fountain survived when many of my neighbors didn't! We probably saved over 10,000 in repairs and weeks without water for us…

Pros
  • Rough Plumbing
Cons
  • No Performance
