Great Heatsink for Dell XPS 8900

Today I installed this heatsink on a Dell XPS 8900 that has a Crucial 1TB NMVe SSD on its motherboard. There isn't much space between the SSD and the graphics card, so heatsink options are limited. Result: Crucial drop in SSD temperature by 6 degrees Celsius (11 degrees Fahrenheit) in both the chip and the controller (use HWiINFO to see two temperatures for the SSD). The chip temperature rose from 51°C to 45°C. Controller temperature increased from 54 to 48C. The fans stopped turning on and off

Great radiator, one of my best purchases!

To be honest I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these for my NVMe SSDs but I was blown away by their performance. I bought these to cool the SSDs in my laptop as they were thermally throttled under heavy load and I noticed a noticeable slowdown when the controller temp crossed the 80C mark. The laptop is too thin for anything else so I figured these copper heatsinks would help, they exceeded all expectations! I bought this because I was trying a heatsink with fins that were so high that the laptop compartment lid wouldn't close. (The laptop is an Acer Aspire E 15.)
