Movement is a little stiff

Switch OK. I would have preferred a smoother action than she has. It's very stiff, and while it's instant as they say, it's almost like a regular click to turn it on. The only difference is that it comes back after you release it. If smooth action isn't a problem for your application, this should work fine.

Well built and exactly as advertised. The block worked.

Well built and exactly as advertised. The device worked very well when I used it to replace the trailer jack. The socket requires 12V DC reverse polarity when the switch is used to move up and down. This switch made reversing the polarity an easy task. The switch also worked well for easily switching power from one source to another.

Pros
  • Industrial switch
Cons
  • Very expensive

Okay but you need to find high current screw connectors

Perfect for controlling the raise/lower of my boat without a controller. Strong current requires strong connections. I tried the horseshoe type first but they slipped off when the screw was tightened. the current version with a fairly small diameter. The ones I found had small sockets so I had to scale down the high current wire to solder them into the sockets.

Pros
  • Industrial Electrical
Cons
  • . There are other interesting options.
