Heavy Rope Knot Doorstop Diameter Review

This doorstop kept dropping sand and making a mess on my floors. I don't know why, but I'm pretty fed up with the mess. Finally it stopped.

Rope loop does not hold as shown. I hung it on a peg to "teach" it to stand upright as shown in the picture. There will be no handle on a rope doorstop. Don't buy this.

Good weight to keep the doors from slamming shut in the wind. Easy to roll and get out of the way with one foot. I'm tired of telling dogs (I have German shepherds) "That's not your toy."

As you can also see from this accessory the color is dark beige. The one I got last year is also dark beige. These 3 I ordered and received are WHITE. I didn't see the color option for the order. Why would anyone hold up the white door? It will end up looking dirty. He's on the floor!

This doorstop does a good job of protecting the corner of the mat from the wind on windy days and keeping the door open well, although it does shift slightly under the weight of the door. I'm only giving 3 stars for the fact that after only lifting it a few times, one side of the rope handle popped out and started to loosen. It was placed and glued in about an inch knot at the time of manufacture, so it's not meant to last forever, especially given the $30+ price tag.
