I bought this to use with my eyelet punch machine to poke holes in fabric to help insert eyelets. Even if my eyelet machine is supposed to be self-piercing, it never works as well as if there were already holes in the fabric. I ordered this power punch because it was advertised as a cutting material. It is not as you can see in the first photo. As you can see in the second photo the punched part has 2 metal protrusions and this does not allow you to make a clean hole in the fabric, at least not the fabric I had.
