HENIGER Pet Gate

The pet gate was advertised for use in an SUV or van. It was just enough for my outback. Very clumsy and missing steps. Little did I know I would have to pay shipping both ways if it was fake. The delivery was not appropriate.

Easy installation - Travel car accessories

I bought it after reading some reviews. This product is easy to assemble. I recommend running the rubber stoppers under hot water to heat them up before attempting to tighten them around the threaded nuts that go into the rubber stoppers. Kept our Corgi safe in the back seat of our 2011 Outback.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • I will write later

works well, doesn't rattle, has a minimum height of

Maybe I missed something but this one seems to have a minimum height of 31 inches. I had to modify it by cutting off a few inches from the bottom, which was easy and didn't make installation difficult. Installed a month ago, works well, doesn't rattle, doesn't admit dogs.

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • Very expensive

Hairless Seats - Barriers

Bought a barrier for my new Toyota Rav4. I thought my black lab would enjoy having a large truck bed all to himself, but as soon as we got out of the car he sat in the front seats. It took a little trial and error to get the right barrier size for the car, but so far so good. The lab attempted to put his head between the seat and the first bar of the barrier, but found he could not fit through. He doesn't look too happy from behind, but at least I don't have to walk around with a hairy bottom.

Strong and stiff for barriers

I use this baffle to keep dogs in the back of our Tahoe. This works surprisingly well. We've done plenty of rides with it and there's no major rumble or misalignment. The height adjustment is great as there are two sets of feet to use depending on the size of your vehicle combined with large wing nuts for fine adjustment. We've been using it for almost 9 months now and haven't had any major issues with it loosening, wobbling or anything. The only thing that happened was the o-rings that stopped

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Something different

It was hard to keep it in place.

The product arrived almost immediately after ordering and I found it very easy to assemble and install. However, in my Subaru Forester, the barrier doesn't exist and I have to constantly ask a stronger husband to tighten the nuts. The barrier also fell on my adopted dog when he was alerted and tried to stick his head outside. The barrier stays in place during short jumps in the car and helped restrain the nervous little dog and not jump all over the car while I was driving. If I had to do it…

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Minor issues
