Good spotlights. on Accent & Off Road Lighting

I bought these to replace some cheap Chinese LED lights I bought six months ago. So far they seem great. They are quite bright and are a real stream with a very well defined beam. Time will tell if they hold up better, but so far I'm quite happy. Update February 2018: I've had these 6 months and they're still going strong. I love her. Update August 2018: Still working great. I bought 2 more.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • dim

Good, but there are also disadvantages: Light and lighting accessories

I bought 4 of these for my jeep. I've been wearing them for about 6 months or more and they work great, are very light and fit in the space needed, but the shells don't seem to be waterproof. I have condensation in 3 of the 4 lenses I bought. I don't know how long they will last, but I might look elsewhere for something to install on your truck 24/7 in inclement weather

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Great little light but for limited use.

Arrived quickly and we will pack. In typical Hella quality. I use it as an additional reverse light. It's very bright, and a wide fill pattern illuminates a large area. I would NOT recommend it for a forward-facing application on an on-road vehicle as it will definitely blind oncoming drivers, but it's fine off-road. He was in his place. in Buffalo, NY for over a month and went through rain, sleet and car washes with no sign of a leak. Very good value for money.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Useless features

No radiation pattern. GENERAL!

These lights are disappointing. I assumed they would use a reflector to create some kind of radiation pattern. nope If you park your car 15 feet from a brick wall to direct the light, there is no pattern on the wall. There is no semblance of an access point to use the lamp. The "tide" is so big and out of control. Corrugations in the lens are required to direct the beam along a pattern. I am not suggesting high beam or high beam, but fog lights. With the move to LEDs, real fog lights with…

Great value for money and it works like a Hella light

I have 6 of these installed on a John Deere 835m Gator. I used the included Hella wiring harness. The result is fantastic. Easy to install if you have the skills. I would describe the light pattern as a "work light" or "headlight" meaning it's wide and long. I put four in the front and two in the back to create a wide arc around the car. I live in a remote area of New England, an area with woods, trails, fields, and few houses or city lights at night. I wanted a cheaper option than the John…

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • I'll keep quiet

PERFECT for my application. But condensation

I chose these Hella brand headlights because I trust the brand more than the imitations that revolve around Revain. 1 of the 4 ordered had condensation after a few days of heavy rain but I had it replaced at the local ORW and all was fine. They are VERY bright to light up the camp and grounds. Maybe they go with the fog lights. I would go for something brighter and with a clearer beam pattern for high beam or cornering. I installed them on my ARB roof rack as backup and trail/trench side lights

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Easy to repair
