Failed after 2 weeks

They looked really good when they worked! Replacement requested, let's see what happens. Gloves were used during installation so I don't know why one of them exploded. No codes until it exploded

Pros
  • The lamp emits a clear amber light that is precisely sized to provide just the amount of light you need for your adventures.
Cons

Great bulbs, better than reflector LEDs

These H8s fit 2013 Veloster Turbo fog lights Every website will say that Veloster uses 881s. I'm attaching an image comparing H8 (left) and 881 (right). Factory fog lights H8. This is the best alternative to reflector fog lights instead of LED.

Pros
  • Only for SUVs
Cons
  • Good, but not great

Do not worry. Cheap bulbs, not bright, not even pure white.

Don't waste your time with this if you really want to see at night. First, they don't look white, they're a weird off-white hue. Second, it's not 100% 55W or the cheapest bulbs on the market. My standard halogen bulbs are brighter now. Don't waste your money and buy LED bulbs. I have a photo showing them compared to LED bulbs.

Pros
  • Ideal lamps for professionals in the country and in rough terrain.
Cons
  • Band

Perfect replacement for 2011 BMW X5 H8 Running Lights

Replaced the original H8 running lights on my 2011 BMW X5 35i. The original bulbs became very dim and more yellow. These were inexpensive replacement parts that fitted perfectly with no modifications. The color is much whiter than the original bulbs, the brightness has increased at least 2 times. I would recommend it to anyone who has a BMW H8 that has faded over time.

Pros
  • Optilux Extreme Yellow XY Halogen bulbs produce a yellow light reminiscent of a GT racing car and offer better color contrast in rain and fog.
Cons
  • Some bugs

Updated Headlights and Lighting Accessories Overview

I have to say I'm disappointed with these lamps. They are dirty yellow, NOT white. They are not as bright as standard bulbs. I ordered them for ease of installation because of the OEM form factor. I originally ordered: Cree LED Angel Eyes Halo H8 180W CREE LED Marker Halo Light. They are bright white and lighter than stock. For the price they are a great option. The only problem is that they are difficult to install, I couldn't screw them in and tighten them. They are longer than OEM and not an

Pros
  • XY bulbs emit a pure amber light that provides the best illumination, giving performance-oriented drivers extra time for safety and driving comfort.
