Mmmm. this is not a "typical" relay socket. IE - micro or mini style. This is HUGE for a locomotive, commercial trawler or large drilling rig. Too bad it didn't say micro or mini but I didn't know they made them that big! I have never seen a component of this size in a car or motorcycle

I used these to make a weather proof headlight harness for my old Land Cruiser and I have to say they are quality material. I would believe these things would still work if fully submerged in water. You can feel its quality when you hold it in your hand. Definitely worth your money!

It's full of relay harnesses. However, I like them the most as the wire really suits its gauge. It's not thin wire with a thick coating to make it look like thicker wire. I use them to control some of the cooling fans on my project machine. A friend of mine uses these for some spare parts on his motorcycle.

The relays that match this pigtail are rated for 30-40A or more. The wiring from the common, normally open, and normally closed terminals should be 10 gauge. Nobody makes them that way, but they should. Also, the numbering on the wiring doesn't match the numbering on the HELLA relay 007794311, so you have to be careful what you're doing (you have to be careful anyway).

I ordered this belt along with the relay for use on my 4 wheeler, it arrived in good condition and looked great good. After several hours of testing I found that the wires weren't installed in the right places in the terminal block, I had to unplug the wires from the waterproof harness and reattach them in the correct order. this "confusion" caused trouble for several hours.

I am giving this relay harness 3 stars because the wire colors do not match the pins. Wire 85 should be black, not blue, and wire 86 should be blue, not black. < Unless I understand the colors of electrical wires. Ultimately, if you read the relay pinout and match it to the wire harness pinout, the wire will remain a wire, regardless of color. I'm not going to test it for water resistance but I'm pretty sure this thing is waterproof as it takes a lot of effort to detach it from the Hella…
