Easy to use and helps keep our team organized

The ease to use it for our sales team! They can easily share information with each other and stay organized in their day-to-day tasks. It helps them keep track of projects they are working on as well as opportunities that arise throughout the week or month. I have yet to find something that would make me want to dislike this software but maybe its because i haven't found anything so far? Very good tool used by my organization

I liked that we could easily communicate with our team members regarding any issues or concerns they have while working for us via email messages in real time - as if you work directly together at their office desk! It helps to eliminate delays associated communication through phone calls/texts which can be quite frustrating when trying not miss anything important happening around them like an urgent project issue etc., It is a great platform to manage our employees. Great alternative option, fast implementation

I like that it can be used as an internal or external communication tool for my teams to reach out with one click via email. Also there are some great features if you'd want more than just a simple chat board; scheduling meetings etc. There seems to have been some recent updates which has made things buggy at times though so best not to use during peak periods! It would definitely need some work in terms of usability but this could improve over time too. Have started using this internally since
