Very poor quality and no problem at all

I wore this shirt on my last skiing holiday. It was a big disappointment. This shirt doesn't bother you at all. Luckily I bought several other cheaper shirts that did the job much better. Would return it as I've only used it a few hours but it looks like I bought it over 30 days ago and I don't have that option anymore so I'm stuck with a $40 shirt that nothing costs!

Pros
  • Suitable for: Deep Sea & Offshore Swimming, Coastal Swimming, Coastal Swimming, Boating, Camping & Hiking, Climbing & Mountaineering, Trekking, Off Piste, Side Country, Freeride, Resort, Trail, Alpine, Backcountry , ski touring, mountaineering,
Cons
  • Negative gift

High quality, sharp looking, durable HH base layer.

You can't go wrong with a quality, durable (I still have a 20 year old top!), fresh looking top with an HH singlet! 2 issues kept me from a 5⭐️ rating. 1) Always runs small with HH undershirts! I have the perfect L but at HH I had to order either XL or XXL which is crazy! To be advised. 2). The crew neck in this particular style is a little high and narrow, which may be uncomfortable for some people.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • Traded in

Brilliant! Size run small, one size up

I think these styles run small unless you want them to are very tight. I'm 5'8, 160lbs and wear a medium size in a regular shirt. I originally bought the medium and went for the large which fits perfectly (still fits but isn't skin tight). They keep me warm as a base layer in cold weather and are great for the gym. They wick sweat and keep you dry. Great purchase (I bought 2 more), highly recommend.

Pros
  • Features: Light padding 100% bodice Flatlock seams for maximum comfort Natural stretch fabric
Cons
  • Not as good as it says it is

Keeps you warm

For a shirt this thin it keeps me warmer than I thought even when I'm drenched in sweat. The fabric breathes well and dries quickly in the wind. It stretches a bit and fits my figure well, and I love the white stripes on the sleeves. I bought two of these for kayaking but also wear them when I explore the country. I bought them on sale but I feel they are worth the usual full price. I would buy them again and recommend them for any activity where staying warm when wet is important. A big plus -

Pros
  • 100% polypropylene
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Warm, consistent good quality, last year

I have been loyal to Helly Hansen Thermos for years. The reason is that they always work, keep you warm even if you get wet (that's what the sailing gear vendors are) and last for years. I bike 20 miles to work every day no matter what the temperature. Every day in the winter I wear one of my two HH thermal t-shirts as part of my layers and I always feel comfortable. Worth every dollar.

Pros
  • clasp to clasp
Cons
  • Damaged

Insanely warm base layer

As always, Helly Hansen makes the best things. Super warm, very comfortable. Please note that this thermal underwear runs small - I also ordered XXL and it fits like XL so consider going up a size. However, a tight-fitting base layer works just as well as a regular one. Only in the middle layers can a fit that is too tight affect the insulating performance of the garment.

Pros
  • Machine washable
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

I usually sweat a lot and feel cold after a good workout

I used these skis and practiced them in our basement. I can't believe how well it removes sweat from the skin. I usually sweat a lot and freeze after a good workout. Now I'm not so cold and the sweat dries very quickly. On the expensive side. The large one is nice and comfortable for me, the medium one is a bit tight in the chest but that's quite normal. I weigh 165 pounds, 5'10", waist 32", chest 40".

Pros
  • Original Helly Hansen Long Sleeve Technical Baselayer.
Cons
  • Little things
