Worked for me!: Doors and stair gates

The gate assistant makes it easier to open and close gates in impassable terrain. More importantly, it helped level and strengthen the gate.

Gate opens much easier

Wheel on narrow side so doesn't work in mud but we have a 12ft gate and it always grazes on the ground and this was the answer

Should have bought sooner

Must be mounted securely and tightly to gate. What an improvement in opening the gate. I should have installed years ago.

Good value for smooth access to surface

Overall a very good product especially when used on hard surface doors. Since the wheel itself is narrow, it's not the best option for turning the gate in pasture or gravel terrain. Ideal for use on concrete, asphalt, pavement or any smooth, compacted surface. Also very timely delivery. Can't really rate the durability, but seems very sturdy and well made enough to be called "heavy duty". I recommend it if you want to use it on hard surfaces.
