This is my first set of really high quality knives. I am very happy with the set. These blades are very sharp, like a razor, so you have to be very careful when using them. It's true that you get what you pay for. I look forward to many years with these quality knives!

Nice set of knives. I really love this set. These knives have high quality and a precise cut at an affordable price. I looked at many different sets of knives from Zwilling JA Henckels and decided on this set because of the price. These knives are of excellent quality and very sharp.

The first thing that struck me was that the knife block has eight slots for steak knives, not four as stated on the website or on the packaging. In addition, the steak knives were made in Spain, not Germany, although the packaging said "Made in Germany". This makes me think I got someone's leftover wedding favors with all the things they don't need.

Beautiful knife set. I looked at a few knives before buying them. For the money they can't be beat, and JA Henkles has always been around. Made in Germany, good quality steel and appears to be holding up well. I bought some onions and chopped them up to try these little ones. Hand wash them, make sure they are dry before putting them back in the block, and never cut on surfaces like glass cutting boards or plates. . They stay sharp for a long time and last for years.

This is a great set of very sharp knives. Also, as others have said, I received steak knives that were made in Spain, not Germany. I called Gemini direct and spoke to one of the support reps and he was great! After I explained the problem, he apologized and arranged for the correct knives to be sent. These knives are amazing. Sharp, easy to hold and doesn't seem to mind being washed in the dishwasher. That's exactly what I wanted. I recommend buying them in store. First I got the wrong 4 steak knives. There are part numbers on the box and these Spanish parts I got are a cheaper version of what I was supposed to get. I chose this set because it was said to be made in Germany. The best sets of knives are either made in Germany or in Japan, however the steak knives were marked with which is made in Spain, which means less quality, the pins are also different, cheaper, the weight distribution doesn't seem to be the same. I rarely write reviews on the products I buy but this one is a little worrying, it should be placed in false advertising. Why? I have attached a picture to the box and, as I said, everything is made in Germany. The steak knives are made in Spain but there is no "Twin" logo on the handle and the scissors are made in China.
