Beautiful knife set. I looked at a few knives before buying them. For the money they can't be beat, and JA Henkles has always been around. Made in Germany, good quality steel and appears to be holding up well. I bought some onions and chopped them up to try these little ones. Hand wash them, make sure they are dry before putting them back in the block, and never cut on surfaces like glass cutting boards or plates. . They stay sharp for a long time and last for years.
