I think the photos speak for themselves.

The handle to open the window was missing. There is a screw for that. The box has been "fixed" where it was protruding. All 4 corners are bent, so only the most damaged ones. I can fix the corners and get it working, but it would be nice to replace the handle.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember

The handle closes so hard that the whole camper shakes when I close it.

really cheap. The handle closes so hard that the whole camper shakes when I close the vent. Also, I couldn't find a 15" x 22" size for this thing. No cover, no escape hatch, no mounting flange. This fits snugly in my 17.5" x 24.5" roof frame.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

Check before you buy.

I thought these roof fans were a standard size but unfortunately they were too small for my fan which is 24x24 for sure. I didn't realize this until I put all the butyl tape on it, now I'm not sure I can return it. Ultimately I think I will plug the hole completely as it was very difficult to find the right hole.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Great design, poor security

There is a protective film on the hinge side and the two sides it touches. The side opposite the hinge isn't weatherproof, suggesting it's designed for the floor when installed. The door or hatch cover is opened or closed with a handle. There is a screen under the flap on the hinge, which is not visible in this photo. This umbrella has a plastic latch that can be opened/closed in addition to the sunroof. The only downside is that the hatch and screen latch are made of plastic and can easily be…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Please read before purchasing.

We are building an RV and have ordered products from scratch. Our assembly from the chassis to the restoration. This product, like many others we have purchased, is very disappointing to say the least. $136 for a product so cheap and unreliable that it actually reflects the decline in quality and pride in craftsmanship that used to exist in our society. It works as advertised, but if you want a reliable, quality escape hatch, spend $400 and look at sea hatches and escape hatches. To top it off,
