The cover ring has come loose. There is no way to tighten as the lid is sealed on the inside. The color is not the same as in the picture. The brush is too big for ceramic and it's very cheap quality.

I needed to share my pet ashes with someone else and we both had different styles. It's very down to earth and simple, so the color was perfect. It is small but can hold a lot. This is a good size for an average 9 pound cat. It turned out beautifully and the other owner liked it.

Good looking. My cat's ashes fit perfectly. The lid closes tightly so you don't have to worry about the lid falling off. The color corresponds to the picture. 10/10 would buy again. Note to creators: Can you suggest other colors? I tend to find something that suits a cat, but your colors seem limited.

I like this urn. My pug's ashes (she weighed about 25 pounds) didn't quite fit in. We took some of her ashes to scatter in nature. This item arrived exactly as pictured and is of high quality. My sweet girl has a shelf space where she can look over my shoulder every day. Thank you Henry Dong! -M

My hamster died and I wanted to put him in a small urn. The first one I received was shattered to pieces. I have a spare and I like it. The print on the top is phenomenal! Not loose, tight enough to loosen it, you have to make an effort. Smooth on the outside. Nice to look at. I will buy another one in a different color when my other pet dies.

You'd think that when you order something like an urn, given that it's going to be used for something special, like the ashes of a loved animal, that SOME care (or in this case ANY care) is going to come safe and healthy. Packaged in a torn box, wrapped in a layer of small bubble wrap and then sealed in a Manila envelope, this urn arrived in multiple pieces and was a functional resting place for my sweetheart. I got some pottery shards instead. What a disappointment, I'm insane that so little…
