Good. let me tell you The scent of this shampoo lasts forever! I wake up in the morning 24 hours after I wash my hair and the smell of shampoo and conditioner is just as strong as if I had just stepped out of the shower. My hair smells amazing and looks and feels much softer and smoother. This is my new favourite!

This product is surprisingly good for soft water. i have thin hair In the area where I live my hair always feels frizzy and my scalp is greasy the next day after washing it. I've tried many different shampoos, but the humidity in the air and the sweet, soft water didn't help. I was trying to find a better soft water shampoo and after a lot of research I came across this one. I've had it for a few weeks now and am happy with it.

The terrible condition of the bottles is absolutely unacceptable. You can't even blame the shipping for this as I had other items in the same box that weren't damaged. I used this shampoo/conditioner for years as a kid. When they returned it and I bought it again I wasn't disappointed. I know this is not a salon product but it smells divine and leaves my hair soft and shiny. I also use it on my daughter's hair. Such value for what you get.

I have loved this product since I was 13 years old. Afterwards the hair smells good and stays soft. All the new herbal essences they've come out with since the original formulas are crap. I hate their flavors and they don't work like the originals. This one, although it's changed (not like it), still works just like it did in the 90's!
