Great case for the CC Crane Skywave radio. I would give it five stars but the case isn't big enough to hold the ghost wire antenna that comes with the radio so it's deducting a star. I think they could probably lower the case 1/2 inch and that would fix the problem. Otherwise great case!

The only case/box I found online for Skywave. The radio fits perfectly in the box and there is even a separate storage compartment for the headphones, 2 extra AA batteries and instructions. Really protects and decorates your Skywave - my favorite pocket radio. I have 8 of the best radios you can buy. You MUST buy this case if you have Skywave!

Protects my radio but I wish there was just 1/8 inch more clearance as the antenna barely fits. I'm concerned that the antenna pressure on the radio will be detrimental to both over time. Otherwise it's 5 stars for me. I travel a lot with my radio and it definitely helps keep it safe. It's also easy to get through TSA.

It's hard to write a review like this because the product is good. But I bought it for C. Crane SkyWave SSB radio. The radio fits well into the case, but no more. Something else, like a ring antenna or instructions, you can't put in there! Even extra batteries hardly fit in. After all, that's what I call bad design. You shouldn't be promoting this cause over this radio.

I have Skywave and Skywave SSB radios. Both are perfect for this case. There isn't enough room for a C. Crane power supply, but you can fit a few extra batteries or some small headphones along with the radio. At first glance, the case is of good quality. Hard outer shell, durable zippers. I am happy with the purchase. Addendum: Wrong with replacement batteries. They will NOT fit in the radio case. So far happy with the purchase.

Perfect for CC Skywave and a pair of headphones. The radio is very well protected by the padding on the inside and by the fact that the housing is very strong and hardly bends when compressed. You can throw it freely in your backpack without worrying about damage. There are two zippers for easy access when opening or closing in either direction. Doesn't have much room to store headphones, spare batteries etc. The only problem is this: the radio comes with a shortwave antenna in a plastic slip-on case. It fits in the storage but the storage space is too thin for the thickness of this plastic item.
