I add half a tablespoon to my deep conditioner every two weeks and noticed an immediate 4C boost in my hair! Now I can pull it and not worry about it breaking. Update: After four washes (over two months) I noticed that my hair had lost volume and curl (it was smoother and thinner) - however it retained its strength. Therefore, I would recommend you to use this product once a year or at most once every six months.

Really good it helps my hair appear thicker and it fades my henna because it's 2 red. Another brand's expensive version didn't work so I tried again and yes this is the one! The other one was for smoothies too, I do that.

I poured this amla powder into a bowl, heated up some water in a separate bowl, heated up some Jamaican black castor oil and coconut oil in another bowl and mixed it all together. The mixture was thick and warm, I applied it to the hair part by part and left it on for an hour and a half. I took a shower and rinsed off all the clay, but there wasn't much to rinse off because the clay had dried by

I got my amla yesterday and used it with coconut oil and vitamin c. I could feel the difference as soon as I washed my hair. My hair doesn't fall out as much as it usually does when I wash it. After that I applied shea butter, olive oil and coconut oil to my hair and twisted it. The next day my hair is soft and my scalp feels great.
